Our Guillotines have full flow lines and Tungsten tip carbide blades for quality and accuracy. We can produce both large and small volumes and with fast turn around times.

State of the art folding machines can handle any quantity you require to most sizes available. With Heidelberg Stahl TD78’s (large format)and TI52’s (small format) we are sure that we cater for most print runs.

 

 

With our top of the range Heidelberg ST450’s not a lot can stand in the way of this fully automatic machine.14,000 copies per hour (dependant on stock) Make-Ready’s in minutes from small size A6 to 2up A5 this machine can deliver.

 

 

 

 

Our Muller Martini Prima can handle every job with ease, it will tackle most formats, and will feed lightweight paper to heavier material, everything you come to expect from this very robust stitching line. It has reverse lap capabilities and can run up to speeds of 14,000 copies per hour, it also has an attachment for single hole drilling and as with both lines can endorse fold if necessary.

 

 

In line with current concerns about Global warming, at Optica Solutions we take our environmental responsilbilities seriously. We currently recycle 80 tonnes of paper per month, 30 tonnes of cardboard and 20 tonnes of plastic.
